NK Wears – Return & Refund Policy

At NK Wears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The return window begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier’s tracking system.
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days after your return request is approved.
• Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Intimates / Lingerie
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• Return addresses may vary depending on the warehouse location.

Restocking Fee

Items returned that do not meet the return conditions may:

• Be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or
• Be declined and sent back to the customer.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
